Linbo’s Blueberries Recipe #1: Double Blueberry Sauce By George Printer-friendly

3  cups blueberries
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla 

In medium saucepan bring 2 cups of blueberries , sugar and water to boil over medium heat, simmer, stir occasionally until thick. Let stand until cools to warm, stir in remaining cup of blueberries and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Serve over ice cream or pancakes, also makes a great topping for cheesecake.
